Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Aposentadoria da Aposentadoria da Pessoa com Defici\u00eancia:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">Como prev\u00ea a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de<br \/>\n1988, a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de requisitos e crit\u00e9rios diferenciados para a concess\u00e3o de<br \/>\naposentadoria pelo RGPS s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 aceita em alguns casos, entre eles o da <b>Pessoa com Defici\u00eancia<\/b>, nos termos da<br \/>\nLei Complementar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">A reda\u00e7\u00e3o supracitada foi dada ao Art.<br \/>\n201, \u00a7 1.\u00ba pela Emenda Constitucional n.\u00ba 47\/2005, como podemos observar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3.0cm; text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">Art. 201, \u00a7 1.\u00ba \u00c9 vedada a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de<br \/>\nrequisitos e crit\u00e9rios diferenciados para a concess\u00e3o de aposentadoria aos<br \/>\nbenefici\u00e1rios do regime geral de previd\u00eancia social, <b><u>ressalvados<\/u><\/b> os casos de atividades exercidas sob condi\u00e7\u00f5es<br \/>\nespeciais que prejudiquem a sa\u00fade ou a integridade f\u00edsica e <b><u>quando se tratar de segurados portadores<br \/>\nde defici\u00eancia, nos termos definidos em <span style=\"color: red;\">lei<br \/>\ncomplementar<\/span><\/u><\/b>.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">Finalmente, em 2013, essa modalidade<br \/>\nde aposentadoria foi regulamentada pela Lei Complementar n.\u00ba 142\/2013, com vig\u00eancia<br \/>\na parti de 09\/11\/2013, 6 meses ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o respectiva Lei Complementar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;
